Phil, born and raised in Jupiter, FL, has been a licensed agent since 2014.  As an Owner and Principal, he is responsible for business development in both the Jupiter and Port St Lucie offices. His undergraduate studies at Florida State University resulted in a double major in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance. While at Florida State, Phil was also a scholarship member of the FSU Football Team from 2009-2013. In his final season, Phil started all 14 games for the 2013 BCS National Championship Seminoles as the team long-snapper.

Upon graduation, Phil spent three years as a major-gift fundraiser with Seminole Boosters, which is the fundraising leg of FSU Athletics. While in the role, Phil was tasked with raising much needed dollars for student athlete scholarships and athletic facility improvements.

Phil is a Board Member for the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County and is actively involved in Florida State University Seminole Boosters, Varsity Club, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Palm Beach County Chapter of Legal Administrators, Hospitality Financial Technology and Professionals, and Scotch & Sharks Charities.

A native of Fort Lauderdale, David has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and serves as the founding partner of Doumar Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. David has devoted his career to the Insurance Profession and is committed to conducting all business practices with the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards.

David has achieved success through hard work and unparalleled commitment of service to his clients. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollars Round table and has received both the National Quality Award and the National Sales Achievement Award given by the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. David was a founding member of the Jupiter Medical Center Ambassadors and of the Florida Atlantic University Honors College Planned Giving Committee. He is currently a member of the Florida State University Seminole Boosters, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity Florida Gamma chapter, the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, Palm Beach Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and serves on the Friends of Turtle Creek Foundation Committee along with The Reserve at Lake Keowee Foundation committee.

David is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Jupiter and The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset SC with his wife Wanda. They have two sons, Matthew and Philip. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, biking, hiking, pickleball and boating on our beautiful Lake Keowee.

Donna has 30+ years experience as a comptroller, bookkeeper and customer service administrator. Before joining Doumar Insurance & Financial Services, Donna worked for 15 years providing service to a large orthopedic surgical group in Palm Beach County Florida. Donna’s responsibilities included providing office management for 15 surgeons and customer service to all clients in the group.

Donna began working for Doumar Insurance & Financial Services in 1998 and has been responsible for office management and customer service. Her responsibilities include all customer service requirements associated with corporate clients and their employees as well as servicing individual clients needs. Claim issues, renewals, new account set up, data input and account updates are a few areas where Donna excels. She also guides clients when obtaining new or adding additional health care and ancillary Corporate Employee Benefit products to their portfolio. Donna has direct access to top management in the companies our Agency represents.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry and began working for Doumar Insurance in November of 2016, having come from Miller Insurance.  She is the office administrator for our Port St. Lucie office and works with the administration of our employer groups.  Chris is also the agent for our under 65 and Medicare clients.  She is client-focused and works diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible.  She works with group clients in day to day activities, renewals, and new client set up.

Chris and her husband enjoy spending time with their family which includes three grandchildren.  They are also very involved in church and related ministries.

Brooke is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and minors in Finance and Political Science. Upon graduation, she began her career in the Financial Services industry, transitioning to hedge fund management at SS&C Technologies and Morgan Stanley. From Hedge Fund Administration, she joined Steel Partners Holdings as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO.  In October 2022 Brooke found her forever home working for Doumar Insurance in Jupiter FL.

Brooke was also very involved with her community where she sat on the board of Our Piece of the Pie out of Hartford Connecticut.  In addition, she assisted in developing Opportunity High School in Hartford for underprivileged teens. She has also volunteered with Breast Cancer Awareness, Walk with Sally’s event White Light White Night, Alzheimer’s Awareness with Maria Shriver and many charity events with Steel Sports.
