Phil Doumar

President

Phil, born and raised in Jupiter, FL, has been a licensed agent since 2014. As an Owner and Principal, he is responsible for business development in both the Jupiter and Port St Lucie offices. His undergraduate studies at Florida State University resulted in a double major in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance. While at Florida State, Phil was also a scholarship member of the FSU Football Team from 2009-2013. In his final season, Phil started all 14 games for the 2013 BCS National Championship Seminoles as the team long-snapper.

Upon graduation, Phil spent three years as a major-gift fundraiser with Seminole Boosters, which is the fundraising leg of FSU Athletics. While in the role, Phil was tasked with raising much needed dollars for student athlete scholarships and athletic facility improvements.

Phil is a Board Member for the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County and is actively involved in Florida State University Seminole Boosters, Varsity Club, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Palm Beach County Chapter of Legal Administrators, Hospitality Financial Technology and Professionals, and Scotch & Sharks Charities.

David Doumar

A native of Fort Lauderdale, David has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and serves as the founding partner of Doumar Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. David has devoted his career to the Insurance Profession and is committed to conducting all business practices with the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards.

David has achieved success through hard work and unparalleled commitment of service to his clients. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollars Round table and has received both the National Quality Award and the National Sales Achievement Award given by the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. David was a founding member of the Jupiter Medical Center Ambassadors and of the Florida Atlantic University Honors College Planned Giving Committee. He is currently a member of the Florida State University Seminole Boosters, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity Florida Gamma chapter, the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, Palm Beach Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and serves on the Friends of Turtle Creek Foundation Committee along with The Reserve at Lake Keowee Foundation committee.

David is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Jupiter and The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset SC with his wife Wanda. They have two sons, Matthew and Philip. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, biking, hiking, pickleball and boating on our beautiful Lake Keowee.

Kristin Magerus

Kristin started working in the insurance industry in 2024. Having 20 years of experience in customer service in the restaurant industry, Ihe was ready to change course and knew Doumar Insurance would be a perfect fit. She managed several multi-million-dollar restaurants and keeping track of P&L budgets, keeping track of all invoices with product totaling over $100k at any given time, and writing schedules for 100+ employees due weekly, those being just a few tasks she managed. Most importantly, she was connecting and building relationships with the guests who came to dine in or place takeout orders, ensuring that their experience would be nothing short of exceptional.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her 5 cats, cooking and trying new recipes with friends, and going on cruises with friends and family. She is a huge sports fan with hockey being her favorite sport and she enjoys going to the Florida Panther games with her husband.

Her objective is to become a trusted and valued partner with the management of her clients and members’ health benefits. She will strive to provide you with the best account service experience every time.

Deborah Moore

Deborah started working in the insurance industry back in 2006, and she  was with a family-owned firm in South Florida before moving to Port St Lucie, Florida.

Prior to that, she was a business owner of a Pack and Ship/U-HAUL location in South Florida for 8 years.

Her work and customer service experience came from her years with Blockbuster Video and Music.  She was the Facility Manager for the State of Florida and Special Project Coordinator reporting directly to Wayne Huizenga for 10 years.

She is a mom of two and a grandmother of four. In her free time, she spends with her grandchildren traveling and creating memories.

Her objective is to become a trusted partner to our clients and build relationships that they can depend on.

Sabrina Magno

Sabrina started working in the insurance industry in 2023 and having 4 years in the customer service restaurant industry, she was ready to take this to a new level.

Her work and customer service experience came from her years with Outback Steakhouse. Sabrina learned every position and kept climbing the ladder as she loves surpassing challenges. When she heard about the insurance industry and the everyday challenges people face, she knew this industry would be the right fit. She enjoys making people’s day better and jumping into the insurance industry, she was able to do what she does best.

She is an aunt of one and a godmother of one. As the family keeps growing, in her free time, she spends time traveling and creating memories with the new additions to the family.
